The Association’s AGM was held in the Bowling Club Pavilion, Main St, Crumlin on Wednesday, 27 February 2008. The meeting was exceptionally well attended and represented a 100% improvement over last year’s numbers. This upsurge in interest was seen as a reflection of all the new work that had been undertaken over the past two years to upgrade the river - in particular the construction of the new fish passes and associated works. |

Day Tickets Now Available from the Mace Supermarket |

As you may be aware, the filling station in Crumlin that used to sell Day Tickets for the Crumlin River has recently closed down. Day Tickets are currently available from the Mace Supermarket on Crumlin Main Street and the Association is in discussion to try and find additional outlets for ticket sales. Anglers are reminded that they must be in possession of a current FCB game rod licence to purchase a day ticket. More details can be found by clicking the 'Permits' link on the left hand menu |

The Crumlin & District Angling Association wishes to announce that it has successfully completed the construction of two new fish passes on the Crumlin River which will allow salmon and dollaghan to run through its full length from Lough Neagh to the upper reaches of the river in the foothills of Divis Mountain. |
